Volunteer

Volunteering with NEW AHS is a great way to help families create new foundations. We believe helping others through volunteering builds a stronger community.   Individuals, small groups, or organizations are encouraged to volunteer. Whether you volunteer regularly or one-time, we appreciate your gift of time.

We have two categories of volunteers

  • Home Turnover:  When families move on from our homes, volunteers help make them ready for the next family.  This could involve cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and yard work.

  • Home Maintenance:  This could include seasonal yard work, minor repairs, and painting.  If you have skills in home repair, maintenance, or construction, we’d love to work with you.
